Dad’s Grounding of 12 Year Old Daughter Goes to Court

A Quebec man grounded his 12 year old daughter after she posted pictures on an online dating website aswell as forbidding her to go on a 3 day school trip within Quebec. The girl apparently has a run in with her stepmother resulting in the father saying that she was not allowed to go on the school trip to mark the graduation from elementary school, and the girl smacked the door and left to go live with her mother. For some unknown reason, and a first for this Quebec judge, they decided to take this to court, with the girl winning and being able to finally go on her school trip. I guess Quebec is starting to turn out mroe and more like the USA and going to court over anything and everything. Please feel free to leave any of your comments, to me, this is just ridiculous and a waste of time for the court system.
