Bad Teeth Cost Britain a Fortune

A researcher has recently reported that Britain’s National Health Service spends about $5.3 Billion Dollars a year treating patients with periodontal disease. More than half of all adults in Britain end up with this disease which can lead to infections, receding gums and loose teeth. The report called for better education about oral hygiene, such as brushing your teeth twice a day, using floss, as well as using mouth wash.
