The Today show seems to have all the right things going on, a source has told People magazine that all five of the original New Kids on the Block are set to appear on the Today Show on April 4th. Incase you forgot who they are, the group consists of five guys, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight. January revealed that the kids, who aren’t so much kids anymore, are going to reunite, perfect timing to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their hit album “Hangin’ Tough”. They have recently updated their website which is of course at www.nkotb.com.
The band had a good run in the 90′s selling more than 50 million records before calling it quits in 1994. An update on what they decided to do after they called in quits in 94, Jonathan Knight who is now 39, went to become a real estate developer back in Boston. Donnie Wahlberg who is now 38, and Joey McIntyre who is now 35, have both had some success in acting. Danny Wood who is 38, had been working as a music produced. Unlike the other guys, Jordan Knight who is now 37, has continued to record music.
