I have seen it all now. After a man unsuccessfully attempted to punch a hole through the exterior wall of their home to install satellite tv in the bedroom, he decided to get out his 22-caliber handgun and get the job done. He fired 2 shots and unfortunately, the second shot ended up killing his wife, 34 year old, Patsy Long. Long was given CPR by neighbors and family and than transferred to hospital where she was pronounced dead just after 6pm.
Authorities are deciding whether to press charges or not. The man was apparently under the impression that everyone was inside the home when he was attempting to shoot a hole from the inside of the house so he could install the satellite tv. On a side note, never ever try and use a gun as a way of running satellite cable into a bedroom, if you can’t get the job done, call in a skilled professional, or just head to your local Home Depot and they can instruct you on how to drill a hole through the exterior of your home.
