A woman who was caught on video surveillance at the Magical Car Wash on Bloomfield Drive in Orange County, California has turned herself into police finally. No names have been released due to a child being involved. If you have not heard of the story yet, there is a video floating around showing two women in a Hyundai Elantra pull into a car wash bay, get out of the car with a child and begin using a high powered pressure washer on her child. A prime example of child abuse. The manager of the car wash said that they heard one of the women scolding the child and saying that they would continue what they were doing until the childs behavior had improved. The manager was unable to get the license plate of the car. What I don’t get is that if the manager heard this, why didn’t they try and put a stop to it? Some people just baffle me sometimes, but what can we do? The fact of the matter is the woman has finally turned herself in and the child will hopefully go into protective care.
